During the evening the guests enjoyed a four course meal and watched a moving DVD about the charity. There was a pre dinner speech by founder Nikki Scott aswell as a couple of games, awards and an auction.

Chief Operations Officer for Scotty's Little Soldiers said:

"Our very first Scotty ball was a fantastic success. We raised an amazing amount of money on the night and it was extremely touching to see the support and generosity of everyone who attended. Next year we'll make it even bigger and better."

Scottys Little Soldier's would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who donated, helped or came along to the evening and especially a big thank you to The Dukes Head Hotel and to Brendan Holmes who helped organised the ball.
