Ian walked on his knees for just under half a mile in 54 minutes raising approximately £1300 in sponsorship that's not including the money raised in bucket collections generously donated by the crowd that helped spur Ian on to walk further than he had first anticipated.

Along with Ian's efforts we received a donation of £500 from the Port Of Felixstowe Docks.

Ian went on to say:

"It was hard doing the knee walk but it was great being able to bring Scotty's Little Soldiers to so many people"

The idea of the knee walk was put together with the brains of Matt Scott (Fundraising co-ordinator Coach and an ex 2nd Royal Regiment) and Angelo Ragucci (Sensei and Boss) They also thought it would be a great idea to hold a Aikijutsu Seminar which was held on the 31st March at Deben High School, Felixstowe.

All at Scotty's Little Soldiers would like to say a massive thank you to the guys as we greatly appreciate the efforts of all those that took part and raised almost £2000 for the charity. Well done guys keep up the good work.
