On August 24th Nikki Scott picked up the keys to Scotty's Little Soldiers first office. Nikki said “This is an amazing feeling, I am so excited, it’s going to be great for the charity and will really help the charity move forward and grow."
The office is based in King's Lynn, Norfolk and is situated at the back of Swinton Insurance on Railway Road by the local King's Lynn bus station.
It just feels brilliant to get an office and have a proper base for the charity
Currently Nikki and the team are in the process of furnishing and setting up the office but once everything is ready Nikki will be advertising for volunteers to work in the new office.
Founder Nikki Scott, 29 also said "We will be asking for people to volunteer for certain roles within the office once we are ready. We have a brilliant sprit within the team and it will be great to add to the team and have people working in the office dedicating their time to the charity. I can’t wait until it’s all up and running, I am so grateful to everyone who has donated furniture or stationary supplies. It just feels brilliant to get an office and have a proper base for the charity."
Opening times for the office will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30-2.30pm. Please remember you can always leave a message on the answer phone if we are not available and one of the team will ring you back as soon as they can.
