The TCS Amsterdam Marathon is a World Athletics Platinum Label Road Race that for years has had one of the fastest courses in the world. In the ranking of fastest marathon cities, the largest marathon of the Netherlands is in fourth place. Highlights of the course include the start and finish in the Olympic Stadium, the passage through the Rijksmuseum and along the Heineken Experience, stretches along the Amstel and through the Vondelpark.
To join Team Scotty and fundraise for bereaved British Forces children and young people at this event please set up a Just Giving page here. Our Supporter Team will confirm your interest within 48 hours by email.
Registration is free but you must raise a minimum of £180 for Scotty’s by the 12th August, otherwise you will be at risk of losing your place. Remember, when you raise £50 or more online, we’ll send you a special Scotty’s morale patch. When you raise over £100 online, a FREE running vest will be on it’s way to you!

- Update your fundraising page to let everyone know why you are taking part in the event and supporting Scotty's Little Soldiers by raising money for bereaved military children.
- Share your fundraising page link on social media and ask friends and family to sponsor you, or encourage them to sign up too! Don’t forget to tag Scotty’s Little Soldiers or use the hashtag #HelpTheirChildrenSmile when sharing online.
- Once you reach the £100, we will confirm your details with the event company, and send you your free running vest.
- Arrange your flights and accommodation!
- Start training
- Run your way to glory!

Our Supporter Team will confirm your interest within 48 hours. Our offices are open Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
Registration is free but you must raise a minimum of £180 for Scotty’s by the 14th August. Without this we cannot guarantee your entry.
