Scottish Half Marathon
The route is flat & rapid – if you want to set a personal best for a half marathon, the Scottish Half Marathon is the event for you. Sign up now and raise funds for bereaved military children.

The Scottish Half Marathon starts at 11am just outside Edinburgh, you will run along the magnificent East Lothian Golf Coast before finishing in the final furlong at Musselburgh Racecourse; Scotland’s oldest racecourse.
To join Team Scotty and fundraise for bereaved British Forces children and young people at this event please set up a Just Giving page here. Our Supporter Team will confirm your interest within 48 hours by email.
Registration is free but you must raise a minimum of £100 for Scotty’s by the 2nd September, otherwise you will be at risk of losing your place. Remember, when you raise £50 or more online, we’ll send you a special Scotty’s morale patch. When you raise over £100 online, a FREE running vest will be on it’s way to you!

- Update your fundraising page to let everyone know why you are taking part in the event and supporting Scotty's Little Soldiers by raising money for bereaved military children.
- Share your fundraising page link on social media and ask friends and family to sponsor you, or encourage them to sign up too! Don’t forget to tag Scotty’s Little Soldiers or use the hashtag #HelpTheirChildrenSmile when sharing online.
- Once you reach the £100, we will confirm your details with the event company, and send you your free running vest.
- Start training
- Run your way to glory!

Our Supporter Team will confirm your interest within 48 hours. Our offices are open Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
Registration is free but you must raise a minimum of £100 for Scotty’s by the 2nd September. Without this we cannot guarantee your entry.
