Now in its 4th year, Scotty's Little Soldiers brings you our annual cycling challenge TOUR DE SCOTTY! Sign up now and raise funds for bereaved British Forces children.

Take on Tour de Scotty during July by competing 250 or 500 miles during the month. All you need is a set of wheels and whether you peddle or push your way to the finish line we'd love to have you as part of the challenge team.

You'll unlock your exclusive Scotty's Little Soldiers shoelaces with the first donation received to your fundraising page and your Tour de Scotty medal once you've reached the target of £150 and completed the challenge.

Funds raised will support Scotty’s Little Soldiers, a charity dedicated to supporting children and young people (0 to 25 years) who have experienced the death of a parent who served in the British Armed Forces.

Here's how it works:

  1. Click on either the Facebook or Just Giving link above, and create your fundraising page for bereaved military children and young people.
  2. Update your page to let people know: why you are taking part in the event and supporting Scotty's Little Soldiers, how you plan to complete the distance, when you will be completing your challenge.
  3. Share your fundraising page link on social media and ask friends and family to sponsor you, or encourage them to sign up too? Don’t forget to tag Scotty’s Little Soldiers or use the hashtag #TourDeScotty when sharing online.
  4. Complete your 250 or 500 miles.

What you need to know:

Even if you don’t feel in a position to ask for donations, you can still get involved, have fun, and keep active. In the past, some people have popped a small donation on to their own fundraising page as a contribution, and inspired others to join them on the challenge.
